Chicago Bulls docuseries ‘The Last Dance’ reminded everyone about Michael Jordan’s career and who he was as a player. He is still arguably the biggest name in basketball. A recent auction confirmed that.

Jordan’s game-worn Bulls jersey from the 1996-97 season was sold for $288,000 at Goldin Auctions as reported by Darren Rovell of Action Network.

“A great complete uniform from Jordan’s prime and from one of his six championship seasons. This uniform comes with a letter of authenticity from the Chicago Bulls and has been photo matched to the April 13, 1997 game by Resolution Photomatching, where the Bulls lost on the road to the Detroit Pistons 108-91 and Jordan scored 18 points,” the official uniform description reads on the Goldin Auctions website.
