Olympiacos agreed terms with Panionios and the 22 years old center will be part of the team for the next 5 years.

Panionios coach Giannis Sfairopoulos was not satisfied from what Vassilis Kavvadas offered to the team, and Olympiacos did not miss the chance to acquire the young Center. Last summer the “Reds” were close to Kavadas again, after the great season the Greek player had, but Ilias Lianos managed to keep the player aboard.

Olympiacos becomes even stronger inside the paint, the same time that Panionios has now more space to try and sign his replacement, a move that must be done as soon as possible in order to cover the team’s weakness inside the paint.
