CSKA’s Mike James is in self-quarantine after he attended dinner with Lokomotiv Kuban players. Lokomotiv played against Kalev Kramo, which had a positive Covid-19 tested member.

James will remain in self-isolation, as announced by CSKA Moscow president Andrei Vatutin. “Mike is now in isolation. Our doctors are monitoring him closely,” Vatutin said.

“At the moment Mike and the Lokomotiv players had dinner, our player did not know that Kalev’s assistant coach tested positive for COVID-19. It was bad timing,” Vatunin added.

James is one of the most prominent EuroLeague scorers, as he was averaging 21.1 points per game with CSKA on the competition this season until the league’s decision to suspend the season.
