Kendrick Perkins gave a few words on which team he thinks is the best in the NBA, and who should win the MVP award.
“When you look at this Lakers team right now, they are winners 10 of last 11. Right now they have the best duo in the league in LeBron James and Anthony Davis. Both of these guys are playing at MVP level. Lakers are the best team in the basketball right now.
Giannis is doing some great things in Milwaukee, but if you look at James – 17 years in, 35 years old, and he’s having one of the best season’s of his NBA career. He has never averaged a double-double. And now he’s averaging 25 points, 10 assists and almost 8 rebounds. These are MVP numbers. He’s at the top of the West,” Perkins said.
