Malcolm Brogdon was pretty sure that both Domantas Sabonis and Myles Turner will work out just fine for the Indiana Pacers.
The big men duo scored a combine of 31 points along with 16 rebounds and 6 assists in the win against the Spurs (116-111). Brogdon was also pivotal in the perimeter, helping his team make a late run to get the win away from home.
In particular, “The President” had 26 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds in 36 minutes for the Pacers, who improved to 37-24. After the game, Brodgon talked about how much Sabonis and Turner can contribute together in the court and help Indiana play winning basketball in the closing moments.
“They’re both unselfish, they’re smart and they’re skilled, so it’s only a matter of time until the chemistry starts working.”
