As previously reported, Derrick Rose dropped out of the NBA All-Star Skills Challenge due to an injury. Today the NBA announced that Rose will be replaced by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
This season, the 21-year-old shooting guard is averaging 19.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game.
