The Los Angeles Lakers will host the Clippers on Christmas Day. Two-time NBA champion Kawhi Leonard says it will be a different game from their season opener:

“It was just the first game of the season, everybody was just trying to get in their rhythm. I think they got (Kyle) Kuzma back playing and now we got Paul (George), so it’s gonna be two different teams. We’ve been through a journey till Christmas. It’s a different matchup.

We’re still trying to get the hang of each other. I mean, we’re still in a good position, we still got a lot of growth and I think everybody knows that. But not complacent and that’s what’s gonna make us a better team,” Leonard said, per ESPN.

The Lakers have the second-best record in the NBA at 24-6, meanwhile, the Clippers are fourth in the Western Conference with a 22-10 record.

This season, Kawhi is averaging 25.5 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.8 steals, and 5.1 assists per game, while shooting at 46.1% from the field.
