One of Fenerbahce Ulker’s new signing, James Gist, was found positive in an antidoping control.

The official announcement by Serbian Antidoping Agency reads as follows:

Gist James had AAF for Carboxy THC. He was tested during match between BC Partizan and BC Hemofarm, in Belgrade, on 1.6.2011. He waived sample B analysis. Sanction for this is in range between reprimand and two-year period of ineligibility.

For those unfamiliar with antidoping, THC is… cannabis.
