The now-Boston Celtics point guard and current Team USA candidate Kemba Walker shared his thoughts on US national team head coach Gregg Popovich:
“To be able to be coached by him, it’s an honour. I’m happy to be here and looking forward to keep building our relationship,” Walker said.
This past season, the 29-year-old averaged 25.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game for the Charlotte Hornets.
