After two seasons in the NBA, shooting guard Tyler Dorsey is reportedly set to continue his career in the EuroLeague. According to Nikos Varlas of Eurohoops, the 23-year-old Greek international agreed on a two-year contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv.

The deal also includes an NBA out after the first season. Dorsey skipped the 2019 Basketball World Cup and decided to focus on preparing for the upcoming season.

Dorsey was selected by the Atlanta Hawks in the 2017 NBA draft with 41st overall pick. He then signed a two-year contract with the Hawks. In November 2017, Dorsey was sent by the Hawks to the G-League.

In February 2019 Dorsey was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for Shelvin Mack. He was assigned to the Memphis Hustle in February. By the end of the 2018-2019 season, Dorsey was regularly playing crunch-time minutes for the Grizzlies.

During his 21-game spell with the Grizzlies, Dorsey averaged 9.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game with 21.3 minutes of play.
