EuroCup champions Valencia want to be prepared for their return to the EuroLeague in the best way possible. According to DBasket, the club is very interested in signing Nik Stauskas.
The 25-year-old Canadian guard has most recently played for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Stauskas averaged 5.5 points per game during 14.3 minutes of play for the Cavs since joining them in February.
Stauskas was the 8th draft pick by the Sacramento Kings in the 2014 NBA Draft. In his four seasons in the NBA so far, Stauskas has played for five different teams (Sacramento Kings, Philadelphia 76ers, Brooklyn Nets, Portland Trail Blazers, Cleveland Cavaliers).
His best season to date was in 2015-2016 with the 76ers when he averaged 9.5 points per game.
It is also reported that Real Madrid are interested in securing services of the sharp shooter as well.
