The Utah Jazz center Derrick Favors, who has a team option for 2019-20, says he wants to remain with the Jazz, per ClutchPoints:
“I have a team option; I need that option picked up! I would prefer to come back here. The grass is not always greener on the other side. … I’m happy in the situation that I’m in, in the position that I’m in – I think it’s good for me and the organization.”
This season, Favors averaged 11.8 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.4 blocks, while shooting at 58.6 percent from the floor.
