San Pablo Burgos stood tall and beat Baskonia at home (82-79) in the second day of the Spanish Liga Endesa.
The hosts were in front until the end of the third quarter (68-65), yet the Basques came back and took the lead (76-77), with two minutes to go.
Goran Huskic hit a two-pointer, with 60 seconds to go, and gave his team the victory (82-79), as Baskonia missed their chance to tie the game and force an overtime.
Branden Frazier led Burgos in scoring with 14 points, as three more players scored in double figures.
On the other hand, Tornike Shengelia had a game-high 18 points for the visitors, which weren’t enough to give them the victory.
