With four minutes to go in the third quarter, and Australia in front by 31 (79-48), things got out control and an all-in brawl took place on the floor between the players.
The explosive encounter, which led to objects being thrown around the court and players wildly throwing punches, resulted in 12 ejections (eight for Philippines and four for Australia).
The match was eventually forfeited by the home side at the close of the third quarter, while the players of Philippines took a selfie on the floor!
