In the pre-game press conference of Panathinaikos-Olimpija game reporters asked Zeljko Obradovic about the infamous incident between Batiste and Ozbolt. The Serb coach couldn’t take it anymore and gave his own explanation.

More specifically Obradovic said that these days no one mentions the good things but rather concentrate on bad events. But in explaining his point he called Batiste “malakas” which is Greek slang for wan&%r. Following his statement, his lady translator called Batiste with the same adjective, resulting to many laughs in the room.

This was not the first time the translator was caught in one of Obradovic’ meltdowns, like the incident after Panatihnaikos-Prokom game in 2009.
