Clay TuckerReal Madrid added more fire power to its roster by inking Clay Tucker to a two-year deal, the club announced Wednesday. Tucker (195, 30) arrives from DKV Joventut, where he averaged 12.5 points and 4.1 assists in 12 Eurocup games last season. In 2008-09, Tucker helped Spanish side Cajasol to avoid relegation, averaging 20.2 points in 6 consecutive wins that allowed the team to stay away from any troubles. Tucker had started the 2008-09 season with Ukrainian powerhouse BC Kyiv, averaging 15.9 points in 8 Ukrainian League games. Tucker has also played for Teramo in Italy, Khimki in Russia, Le Mans in France, the Arkansas RimRockers in the D-League, Ment Vassilakis in Greece, the Utah Snowbears in the ABA and Sundsvall Dragons in Sweden. He helped Khimki to win the 2008 Russian Cup title. Tucker was also the 2007-08 Italian League top scorer (21 ppg.) playing for Teramo.
