Quincy Miller has signed a two-year deal with Brose Bamberg, giving the German champions a needed boost ahead of their EuroLeague campaign.

Despite dominating the German league, including domestic success last season, Bamberg have lost their core nucleus from the previous campaign, including Nicolo Melli and Janis Strelnieks.

There has been hope with the signings of Daniel Hackett and Ricky Hickman but many felt that the void left by the departures of key players from last season had not been filled.

The arrival of Miller, who had struggled with a knee injury when he joined Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv last season might fill that very void. He returned in the early part of 2017, but never really established himself with the Israeli giants – only competing in four EuroLeague games.

Miller will join Brose Bamberg looking to rediscover the form he had for Crvena Zvezda, for whom he played for in the 2015-16 season. The 24-year-old averaged 14.1 points and 5.7 rebounds, all career highs for him while playing for the Serbian side.

Miller has a two-year deal that includes an NBA and EuroLeague-opt out clause after the first year.
