Drew Peterson joins Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have signed Drew Peterson to a training camp contract as the team considers its options for an open two-way roster spot.

Peterson spent last season in the G League with the Greensboro Swarm and Motor City Cruise. Across 35 games, the 6-foot-8 forward averaged 14.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.9 steals.

Chicago has one two-way position available, with Peterson potentially competing against Peter Suder for the opening.

Peterson could also remain with the organization as a member of the Windy City Bulls if he does not receive the two-way contract.
