The New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks head into Game 3 of their first-round playoff series tied 1-1, with the injury report giving New York a clear availability edge. The Knicks listed no players on the report for Thursday’s 7:00 p.m. ET matchup at State Farm Arena.

Atlanta, meanwhile, will be without Jock Landale, who is out with a right high ankle sprain. That matters for a Hawks team trying to protect home court after splitting the first two games in New York.

The series has already followed a competitive script. The Knicks won Game 1, 113-102, before the Hawks answered with a 107-106 win in Game 2 to even things up.

For New York, the clean injury report is especially important because the offense flows through Jalen Brunson, who averaged 26.0 points and 6.8 assists in the regular season. The Knicks also lean heavily on Karl-Anthony Towns, whose 20.1 points and 11.9 rebounds give the frontcourt a reliable anchor.

OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges remain critical on both ends as well. Anunoby averaged 16.7 points while shooting 48.4% from the field, and Bridges contributed 14.4 points along with 3.7 assists and strong perimeter versatility.

Atlanta’s margin for error is narrower without Landale available as a depth big. The Hawks still have a strong core, led by Jalen Johnson’s 22.5 points and 7.9 assists per game, Dyson Daniels’ defensive versatility, and Onyeka Okongwu’s interior production.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker has also been a key scorer for Atlanta, averaging 20.8 points while hitting 39.9% of his three-point attempts. CJ McCollum gives the Hawks another veteran shot creator at 18.7 points per game.
