De’Aaron Fox scored 22 points on 9-of-13 shooting, while Stephon Castle added 20 and Dylan Harper contributed 19 off the bench, giving San Antonio six players in double figures.
The Spurs opened the game with an 11-2 run and shot 72% early in the second quarter, building a 26-point lead by halftime and forcing the Clippers into contested shots.
Kawhi Leonard scored 24 points for Los Angeles, marking his 53rd consecutive game of 20 or more points, while Bennedict Mathurin added 18 and John Collins had 15.
The Clippers outscored San Antonio 34-19 in the third quarter, fueled by a late 14-4 run that cut the deficit to nine entering the fourth, but the Spurs quickly regained control.
Castle scored eight of the Spurs’ first 10 points in the final period, restoring a double-digit lead and securing the decisive margin for San Antonio.
San Antonio improved to 59-18, remaining two games behind Oklahoma City for the top spot in the Western Conference, and has now won 27 of 29 games since February 1.
The Spurs have also gone 11-5 in games without Wembanyama, demonstrating depth and balance across the roster during their late-season surge.
Los Angeles dropped to 39-38, moving into the ninth seed in the play-in tournament, and have now lost two straight after a five-game winning streak.
San Antonio will visit Denver on Saturday for its final road game of the regular season, while the Clippers travel to Sacramento on Sunday.
