Atlanta Hawks star Jalen Johnson gave high praise to Zaccharie Risacher for always doing the dirty work following Saturday’s 125-116 home win vs. the Philadelphia 76ers (8 points/4 rebounds/2 assists/3 steals/1 block/3-5 FG/2-4 3-PT in 22 minutes off the bench).

Lauren L. Williams: “For you, what was it like seeing Zacch’s defensive efforts tonight? He had that kinda blindside block. He had the steal that went to the layup. Just what is it like seeing him kinda take those steps forward?”

Johnson: “It’s great. Zacch does a lot of things that go unnoticed, just as far as him and Dyson [Daniels] are probably our best offensive rebounders on the team. Zacch does a bunch of the dirty work. We really appreciate him doing that, and he embraces it. He’s continuing to grow his game and continuing to get more confident. What he does on the defensive end, that goes unnoticed, too. He’s a big part of that. He’s a hell of a defender. So, we all got confidence in Zacch and trust in his game to keep growing.”
