Zalgiris Kaunas kept their unbeaten EuroLeague streak alive in dominant fashion, cruising past Bayern Munich 98-70 on the road in Bavaria.

Under head coach Tomas Masiulis, the Lithuanian champions delivered their most complete performance of the season, controlling the game from start to finish.

Sylvain Francisco once again led the charge, scoring 19 points and dishing out seven assists to orchestrate the offense.

Zalgiris’ balanced attack featured five players in double figures, with forward Dustin Sleva adding a strong all-around performance of 14 points and seven rebounds.

“We executed the plan perfectly,” Masiulis said postgame. “The energy, the defense, the teamwork – everything clicked tonight. This is the kind of game that shows our potential.”

For Bayern Munich, Andreas Obst led the hosts with 15 points, while Xavier Rathan-Mayes contributed 13, but the German side couldn’t keep up once Zalgiris accelerated late.

The Lithuanian club blew the game open in the fourth quarter, outscoring Bayern 30-13 to seal the emphatic win.
