The Golden State Warriors are known for boasting the ‘splash brothers’, making it rain and other water-related puns.

But when the Warriors are playing the Houston Rockets in the NBA Playoffs and the city of Houston is in the midst of a devastating flood that has taken innocent lives and destroyed homes, that’s where the puns stop and the bigger picture sets in.

But, that didn’t stop one reporter from making a fool of himself by asking Warriors’ forward Draymond Green about the floods in a ridiculous bid to get a related quote following Golden State’s 121-94 win in Game 4.

Green cut the reporter after he struggled to keep up with his own question.
