Cooper Flagg delivered a dominant 31-point performance Saturday night, but it was Dylan Harper and the San Antonio Spurs who walked away with a 76–69 win over the Dallas Mavericks at the NBA 2K26 Summer League in Las Vegas.
The matchup at Thomas & Mack Center featured the top two picks in June’s draft, with both prospects showcasing their skills in front of a packed crowd. San Antonio jumped out to a 21–11 first-quarter lead and never fully surrendered control.
Dallas rallied with a 21–12 second quarter to cut into the deficit, but the Spurs regained momentum after halftime with a 26–17 third period. San Antonio maintained its lead through the final minutes, sealing its second straight Summer League victory.
Flagg led all scorers with 31 points on 10-for-21 shooting, adding four rebounds in 31 minutes. He also hit three triples but struggled from the free throw line, going 8-for-13.
For the Mavericks, Miles Kelly was the only other starter in double figures, finishing with 11 points, while Matthew Cleveland chipped in eight off the bench. Dallas shot just 36.4% from the field and a cold 22.2% from beyond the arc.
Harper, the No. 2 pick, paced the Spurs starters with 16 points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals. San Antonio got a big boost from David Jones Garcia, who scored 21 points and handed out five assists off the bench.
The Spurs shot a more efficient 41.5% overall and an impressive 93.3% at the free throw line. They also won the rebounding battle 37–31 and outscored the Mavericks in the paint, 38–26.
Osayi Osifo contributed 12 points on 6-for-7 shooting for San Antonio, while Harrison Ingram collected a game-high nine rebounds to go with four points.
