The Toronto Raptors have signed Louisville guard Chucky Hepburn to a two-way contract, according to a report from Shams Charania.
Hepburn, who transferred to Louisville for his senior season, was named the 2024–25 ACC Defensive Player of the Year. He averaged 16.4 points, 5.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.4 steals per game while shooting 43.2% from the field and 84.4% from the free-throw line.
The 6-foot-2 guard played his first three collegiate seasons at Wisconsin, starting all 103 games. Over four years, he compiled career averages of 11.5 points, 3.7 assists, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.8 steals across 137 appearances.
Toronto missed the 2025 playoffs after finishing 11th in the Eastern Conference with a 30–52 record.
Hepburn becomes the latest addition to the franchise’s developmental pipeline. He joins No. 9 overall pick Collin Murray-Boyles, who was selected out of South Carolina, and second-round selection Alijah Martin.
Under a two-way contract, Hepburn will split time between the NBA and G League. He is eligible to spend up to 50 games with the Raptors while primarily developing with Raptors 905.
