
USA Basketball has formally unveiled its roster for the upcoming 2025 FIBA U19 World Cup, set to be held in Lausanne, Switzerland, from June 28 to July 6.
Leading the group are two of the most highly regarded young talents in the country: A.J. Dybantsa and Tyran Stokes.
Dybantsa, widely projected as a potential No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, brings elite scoring ability, athleticism, and versatility to the team.
Alongside him is Tyran Stokes, currently ranked as ESPN’s No. 1 player in the 2026 high school recruiting class, known for his power, playmaking, and high basketball IQ.
Their inclusion positions Team USA as a strong favorite heading into the global tournament.
The team includes top American prospects and highlights the next generation of talent. The event lets scouts spot future college and pro stars.
It gives young players international experience and helps USA Basketball keep its strong youth development tradition.
