Maccabi Tel Aviv has officially signed guard Jimmy Clark to a two-and-a-half-year contract. The 24-year-old joins from Bnei Herzliya, where he established himself as one of the top defenders in the Israeli Basketball Premier League.

Clark has been a standout this season, averaging 14.5 points, 5.8 assists, and 2 steals per game. He ranks fourth in the league in assists and second in steals, showcasing his ability to impact both ends of the floor.

Maccabi, currently 17th in the EuroLeague with a 6-20 record, hopes Clark can bring much-needed energy to the backcourt. The team recently won the Israeli State Cup and is looking to strengthen its roster for future competitions.

Clark had an impressive college career at Duquesne University, where he led the team to an Atlantic 10 Conference title and an NCAA Tournament second-round appearance. He was twice named to the All-Defensive Team and once to the All-Conference Second Team.

During his senior season, he averaged 15 points, 3.8 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.3 steals per game. His defensive instincts and ability to create plays have translated well to the professional level.

In his most recent game against Maccabi, Clark recorded 19 points, 9 assists, and 7 rebounds while hitting 5-of-6 from three-point range. His performance likely played a role in securing his new deal with the club.
