Luka Doncic’s minutes restricted, expected to miss one game

Since his return from a calf strain last Monday, Luka Doncic has been on a minutes restriction, playing between 23 and 24 minutes in each of his first two games as a Laker.

According to Marc Stein, the Los Angeles Lakers are expected to maintain this cautious approach following the All-Star break.

Doncic is anticipated to participate in only one of the team’s upcoming back-to-back games – Wednesday against Charlotte and Thursday in Portland – as the Lakers continue to manage his workload.
