Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 30 points to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 129-92 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Thursday night. The Western Conference-leading Thunder (17-5) have now won six of their last seven games.

Jalen Williams contributed 20 points, while Isaiah Joe added 16 off the bench. Isaiah Hartenstein dominated the glass with 16 rebounds as Oklahoma City improved to 8-3 on the road.

The Thunder’s defense overwhelmed Toronto, tallying 11 blocks and 14 steals. Oklahoma City built a 34-17 lead after the first quarter, thanks to Toronto missing 20 of its first 25 shots.

The Raptors (7-16) struggled offensively, shooting just 35.6% from the field and 24.4% from three-point range. RJ Barrett recorded 17 points and 12 rebounds, and Scottie Barnes finished with 12 points and 12 boards but could not prevent Toronto’s largest loss of the season.

Toronto played without starting center Jakob Poeltl due to illness. Gradey Dick returned after a five-game absence, scoring 15 points, including four three-pointers.

Gilgeous-Alexander was efficient, shooting 11-for-22 from the field, though he made just one of his ten three-point attempts. He also contributed five assists and two steals, setting the tone for the Thunder’s dominant two-way performance.

Williams was equally impactful, going 6-for-13 from the field and sinking six free throws. His aggressive play in transition helped the Thunder extend their lead early in the game.

Toronto’s struggles were evident in the opening quarter, as they shot 6-for-26 and faced a 17-point deficit. Despite occasional scoring bursts from Barrett and Dick, the Raptors never regained their footing.

Oklahoma City’s bench provided a significant boost, with Aaron Wiggins and Ajay Mitchell scoring 12 and 13 points, respectively. Kenrich Williams was also perfect from beyond the arc, contributing 13 points and seven rebounds.

Defensively, the Thunder stifled Toronto’s offense, forcing 20 turnovers and converting them into transition opportunities. The Raptors’ lack of rhythm was evident, as they missed 34 of their 45 three-point attempts.
