Norman Powell led the Clippers with 23 points, while Amir Coffey contributed 21 points. The game featured a remarkable comeback, as Los Angeles rallied from a 26-point deficit early in the first quarter.

James Harden added 17 points for the Clippers, and Ivica Zubac posted a double-double with 17 points and 13 rebounds.

San Antonio started strong, leading 40-14 after the first quarter. However, the Spurs struggled to maintain their momentum, finishing the game with 22 made field goals over the final three quarters.

Victor Wembanyama led the Spurs with 24 points, 13 rebounds, and nine blocked shots. Julian Champagnie supported him with 21 points. The Spurs were without head coach Gregg Popovich, who missed the game due to illness.

The Clippers reduced their halftime deficit to eight points. They entered the fourth quarter trailing by just four, demonstrating resilience throughout the game.

A critical moment occurred in the third quarter when the Clippers went on a 33-9 run. Powell’s three-pointer at the 7:25 mark gave Los Angeles its first lead at 93-91, and Coffey’s three-pointer solidified their advantage at 96-93.

Los Angeles outscored San Antonio 31-18 in the fourth quarter. The Clippers’ success from beyond the arc was significant, hitting 19 of 37 three-point attempts.

Defensively, the Clippers managed to limit the Spurs’ scoring. San Antonio shot 16 of 26 from the field in the first quarter but only connected on 22 of 60 shots the rest of the game.
