NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski confirmed the move on X.
Henderson, the third overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, is now represented by Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul.
The agency represents top NBA players, including LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
Henderson, 20, completed his rookie season with the Trail Blazers. He averaged 14 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 5.4 assists in 28.5 minutes per game.
