Paul George praised his new head coach Nick Nurse, emphasizing Nurse’s ability to bring out the best in his players.
George, who signed a four-year, $212 million contract with the Philadelphia 76ers, expressed confidence in Nurse’s leadership.
“Nick Nurse, man, he’s a great coach,” George said on Podcast P.
George highlighted Nurse’s track record of success at different levels as a significant asset for the Sixers.
“He knows how to get the best out of his players, and he’s proven that he can win at different levels,” George added.
Nurse, who joined the 76ers after a successful tenure with the Toronto Raptors, is known for his strategic acumen and player development skills.
George believes Nurse’s leadership is crucial for guiding the team through challenging periods and achieving their goals.
“That’s huge for us. We need that kind of leadership to guide us through the tough times and help us reach our goals,” George stated.
