Orlando Magic sophomore Anthony Black talked about continuing to be a physical guard following Friday’s 106-79 NBA 2K25 Summer League win vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers (20 points/3 rebounds/3 assists/4 steals/6-9 FG/1-2 3-PT/7-9 FT/+36 +/-).

Reporter: “It looked like you were looking to initiate contact in some of your drives. Do you sense that part of your game now? Maybe something you’re really trying to build on? Maybe added strength as well?”

Black: “For sure. That’s kinda always been who I am as a player. Since I was young, I’ve been a physical guard. No reason to change now, just because we’re at the highest level. So, for sure, we’ve been working on that, and that’s kinda where it came from.”
