Rich Paul, agent to Bronny James, officially declares that the eldest son of LeBron James will enter the 2024 NBA Draft, foregoing another season at college.
“He’s staying in the draft,” Paul told ESPN, solidifying his client’s commitment to pursue a professional career in basketball. Bronny’s decision comes just hours before the NCAA deadline.
“t’s obvious that people hear the conversation around the dad and son playing together, but that’s not our focus. If it happens organically, great. I’m not building on that,” Paul emphasized.
Rejecting multiple workout invites, Bronny remains selective, with the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns being the only teams he’s agreed to work out for.
“If it’s not the Lakers, that’s great,” Paul remarked, highlighting Bronny’s open-minded approach to his draft prospects.
“I’m not putting unrealistic expectations on Bronny,” Paul continued, emphasizing that while he’s not a finished product, Bronny has immense potential.
