Toronto Raptors head coach Darko Rajakovic was super happy about Gradey Dick’s performance in a starting role following last night’s 125-119 road loss vs. the Denver Nuggets (17 points/4 rebounds/career-high 7 assists/2 steals/7-12 FG/2-4 3-PT/1-1 FT).

“I thought that Gradey had a really, really good game tonight. A lot of things that he’s working on: On-ball screens, how to set up his man, how to play off of that. He’s really starting to master those situations, and I’m really actually proud of his seven assists tonight as well. So for a young player to get 36 minutes and to start an NBA game against the NBA champion, that’s a huge win for us tonight.”
