Los Angeles Clippers superstars Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and James Harden find themselves among the 41-player pool for Team USA at the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics.

The extensive pool boasts a constellation of NBA luminaries, featuring LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving, Damian Lillard, Devin Booker, Jayson Tatum and Chris Paul, among others.

After the Clippers secured a victory over the Lakers, Kawhi Leonard, yet to make a national team appearance, shared his enthusiasm, saying, “It’s great. Just them seeing my hard work, seeing I’ve been progressing and I’m happy to be a finalist,” via ClutchPoints.

George, a seasoned Team USA contributor and a gold medalist from the 2016 Olympic triumph in Rio, expressed his gratitude, noting, “It’s always an honor to still be in consideration to represent the USA. I think for all of us, we cherish and embrace that and have an opportunity to do that with some of the best in the world. Can never pass that up.”

Adding to the connection, the Clippers’ head coach, Tyronn Lue, assumes the role of assistant coach for Team USA under the stewardship of head coach Steve Kerr.
