Paolo Banchero showcased his clutch abilities, scoring eight of his 35 points in overtime, leading the Orlando Magic (21-15) to a hard-fought 117-110 victory against the Atlanta Hawks (14-21) on Sunday night.

Caleb Houstan, in his first start of the season, delivered a career-high 25 points, making a significant impact from beyond the arc with a 7-of-14 shooting from 3-point range.

Despite a valiant effort from Trae Young, who scored 31 points and provided nine assists for the Hawks, Orlando’s resilience proved decisive. Dejounte Murray added 24 points, and Bogdan Bogdanovic contributed 18 points for Atlanta.

Atlanta faced additional challenges as they lost Garrison Mathews to an apparent ankle injury in the first quarter.
