Cleveland Cavaliers head coach JB Bickerstaff recently spoke about learning/growing from their poor showing during the 2023 postseason (lost 4-1 in First Round to the New York Knicks).

Reporter: “Last year’s loss in the playoffs, can you use that as a positive somehow?”
Bickerstaff: “You hope to learn from all those things, so that’s the positive that you take out of it. You grow from adversity, you grow from things that are painful; and you don’t want those things to happen again. So, that’s the only positive that I could see from it.”
