Nikola Jokic, the reigning NBA champion and Denver Nuggets’ star, recently took on the role of a coach during the team’s open practice session.

The practice divided the team into two squads, providing an opportunity for the Serbian center to showcase his coaching skills.

After the practice, Jokic shared his humorous perspective on the experience. When asked by Katy Winge about what he enjoyed and learned from coaching during the open practice, Joker responded in the way that he usually does.

“My plays are amazing, but sometimes you need to have players to make the play happen,” Jokic said before smiling.
