Heading to Turkey for the kickoff of the 2023-24 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season’s first double-game week, Kostas Sloukas is joining Panathinaikos and is anticipated to make a comeback.
Having missed the previous week’s matches in both Europe’s premier club continental competition and Greece’s Basket League due to a left foot strain, Sloukas, now cleared to play, has made the journey with the team to Istanbul.
He’s set to return to action against Fenerbahce Beko on Tuesday, marking an early-season reunion with a former team right after facing Olympiacos in Round 1 of the EuroLeague Regular Season.
