Partizan Belgrade secured its inaugural victory in the 2023-24 EuroLeague season by dominating ASVEL Villeurbanne with a convincing 88-62 triumph on the road.

James Nunnally spearheaded a well-rounded effort by Partizan, contributing 17 points, six assists, and five rebounds.

Zach LeDay added 13 points and grabbed seven boards, while Alen Smailagic contributed 12 points, and Kevin Punter chipped in with 11 points.

ASVEL’s Frank Jackson led his team in scoring with 16 points in 21 minutes and 35 seconds before receiving a second technical foul and being ejected in the third quarter, leaving his team trailing 38-67.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot was the only other ASVEL player to reach double figures with 10 points, highlighting another disappointing performance by the French team.
