The Oklahoma City Thunder have made a significant move in retaining 26-year-old guard Lindy Waters III, according to NBA insider Shams Charania. Waters has been signed to a two-way NBA contract, reaffirming his commitment to the Thunder.

Last season Waters averaged 5.2 points over 41 games last season for the Thunder. In addition to his NBA appearances, Waters has also made a mark in the G League, playing 13 games for the Oklahoma City Blue.

During these games, he averaged 16.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in 34.1 minutes, further solidifying his status as a valuable player for the Thunder.
