The Dallas Mavericks are elevating Matt Riccardi from his position as Senior Director of Pro Personnel to Assistant General Manager, The Athletic’s Shams Charania tweets.
Riccardi, who is originally from the Dallas area, previously worked for 13 years in executive roles in Brooklyn before joining the Mavericks in 2022.
