The Golden State Warriors have elevated Nick Kerr to the position of head coach for the Santa Cruz Warriors. In the 2017-18 period, he was part of the Spurs’ video room staff, after which he spent three seasons in a similar role with the Warriors.
Over the last two seasons, he contributed as a G-League assistant in Santa Cruz. Notably, he is the son of Steve Kerr. He takes over the role previously held by Seth Cooper, who has transitioned to co-pilot the Warriors’ player development initiative.
