In a game characterized by low scores, Serbia emerged victorious by a margin of 71-64 against Greece in the inaugural match of the 2023 Akropolis Tournament, an annual event held in Athens before the major summer tournaments.

Serbia’s triumph was fueled by the combined efforts of four players who achieved double-digit scoring. The trio consisting of Bogdan Bogdanovic (15 points, seven rebounds, five assists), Nikola Milutinov (14 points, 12 rebounds, four assists), and Marko Guduric (14 points, seven rebounds) played a pivotal role in securing the win for Serbia.

On the other hand, Nikos Rogkavopoulos had 19 points and six rebounds for Greece while Ioannis Papapetrou scored 11.
