After the departure of point-guard Milton Palacio, Partizan strenghtened it's roster with Aleksandar Rasic and Vukasin Aleksic. Rasic, former captain od FMP, finished season in Alba Berlin, while Aleksic had a very good year with Swisslion from Vrsac.
Aleksandar Rasic signed a three (2+1) year deal with the black&whites. He changed three clubs since march 2007. when he left FMP for Efes Pilsen. Last summer he transfered to Dynamo Moscow, but soon ended up in Germany where he won Bundesliga with Alba. Vukasin Aleksic previosly played for Zdravlje Leskovac and Hemofarm, he was a member of cadet and junior NT of Serbia&Montenegro.
