With a busy, much-anticipated summer set to be on the horizon for the San Antonio-bound Victor Wembanyama, it remains uncertain if the NBA world will see him perform at the league’s stage for the first time in the Summer League.

But following his last game for the Metropolitans 92 this Friday as they failed in the French League Finals, the soon Spurs cornerstone dropped key details about his plans with the franchise this summer.

This year’s Summer League will run from July 7 to July 17. As such, there were rumors that the French wunderkind won’t be able to suit up given his probable commitment to France in the upcoming FIBA Basketball World Cup this August to September in the Philippines.

No matter what would be his decision, the entire hoops world has its vision locked on Wembanyama as he takes the game’s biggest stage for the next step of his promising career.
