Heat star Jimmy Butler made a strong comment recently about him being potentially being inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in future.
The 33-year-old small forward said that he ‘couldn’t care less’ about being a Hall of Famer and would not even attend the enshrinement ceremony.
Three-time NBA champion and Hall of Famer Isiah Thomas thinks that Butler will look at this issue differently when he’s done playing.
“There’s no doubt in my mind that he means what he’s saying right now…When he becomes a regular citizen…then he’ll look at things differently,” Thomas said.
