Anthony Davis had to leave Game 5 of the Western Conference Semifinals early after Kevon Looney hit him in the head with his elbow.

The 30-year-old superstar left the court in a wheelchair with 7:34 minutes left to play and the Lakers being down by 13 points. Los Angeles ended up losing 106-121.

Davis played 32 minutes during which he scored 23 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Lakers head coach Darvin Ham provided an update on Davis after the game.

“Obviously everyone saw he took a shot to the head,” Ham said. “I just checked in on him, he seems to be doing really good already. That’s where he’s at. That’s his status right now.”
