The Boston Celtics veteran and former Hawk Al Horford (10 points and 12 rebounds) was caught chirping at the sidelines during the Celtics’ clutch 128-120 win over the Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena on Thursday night.

Boston sealed away their fourth win to move onto the second round and will face the Philadelphia 76ers. Horford was jawing at fans and the Hawks bench, and said that he took that trash talk personally.

“I appreciated it because he got me going. He said some stuff that I wasn’t very pleased with. I took it to heart and I was able to get that shot,” Horford said, via ESPN. “I appreciate him for talking trash to me. Some people you can talk trash to. Talk trash to me – it’s probably not good for you.”
